The Crest's architectural design is defined by a balance of contrasting volumes, materials, and textures. The overall composition is anchored by a vertical tower on the right side, clad in large-format dark grey marble tiles with subtle white veining. This solid element features a vertical slot containing dark horizontal louvers that provide ventilation and privacy for the interior spaces behind them. Contrasting this verticality, the left side of the structure utilizes horizontal, cantilevered concrete frames that project outward, creating a dynamic interplay of solid masses and open voids.At the ground level, the facade transitions into an inviting entry sequence. A recessed, open carport sits on the left, illuminated by a sleek, linear LED light strip that reflects off the neutral concrete surfaces. Beside the carport, the main entrance features a textured, light grey concrete door set within horizontal natural wood paneling. This entryway is slightly elevated on steps equipped with integrated under-tread lighting. To the right of the entrance, a large glazed window opens up the ground-floor living space to the exterior, framed by a built-in concrete planter.The first-floor balcony is enclosed within a prominent concrete frame, featuring transparent glass balustrades and large sliding glass doors that reveal the interior. On the left side of this balcony, a detailed, geometric wooden screen adds an organic texture while providing solar shading and privacy. The top floor serves as an open-air rooftop terrace, bounded by glass railings and crowned with a concrete canopy structure that frames the sky.
